• Subscription Services (Videos & Chi Kung): If you cancel a monthly subscription, you will retain access to the content until the end of your current paid period. We do not provide refunds for the remainder of the subscription term.
• Astrology Consultations & Therapy/Coaching Sessions: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full price of the session being charged, with no refund issued.
